Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a lovely stay at this resort hotel with stunning views of Lake Abashiri and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the dining options were quite repetitive and lacked variety, which was a letdown during my two-night stay. The facilities, particularly the onsen, were great, but I did encounter some issues with maintenance that affected my experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort spa, where the ambience was truly superb with stunning views right from the entrance. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. While the outdoor onsen was a bit small, the overall experience was very enjoyable. However, the dining options could have been a bit more exciting, and I wished I had a better view from my room.
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, with luxurious decor and breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and Lake Abashiri. The service elevated our stay, especially the thoughtful touches for our children. However, the dining options were quite repetitive across meals, which was disappointing for a longer stay. Overall, it's a fantastic accommodation with excellent facilities and a family-friendly atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was quite an unforgettable experience overall. The staff provided exceptional service, and the facilities were luxurious and inviting. The dining options were varied, but I found the repetitive buffet selections for both dinner and breakfast a bit disappointing during my two-night stay. The location offered stunning views, though being slightly outside of Abashiri could require a vehicle if you want to explore the area easily.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a serene atmosphere and great dining options. The spacious room with a private onsen was truly a highlight, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. However, I found the requirement to walk without slippers a bit unsettling due to my physical condition. Overall, the experience was fantastic, with professional service and impressive amenities.
